In 2024, artificial intelligence (AI) skills have become the most sought-after capabilities for IT managers in the UK. A survey conducted by open-source software company Red Hat indicates that 81% of IT managers are struggling to hire AI professionals, an increase of 9% from the survey conducted in October 2023.
